We are looking for a **Clinical Psychiatrist** to join our team at **Psychiatric Hospital** in Karjat & Pune. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with mental health conditions, ensuring their well-being and progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and counseling to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and medical staff.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health and coping strategies.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum **Graduation in Psychology** (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in clinical psychiatry or mental health counseling.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and rehabilitation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented rehabilitation setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
