We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Frontend and Backend team, driving the technical roadmap and execution for our Studio product. As a key leadership position, you will be responsible for establishing our engineering culture and practices, hiring and building out future teams, and managing client deliveries across markets in India and the US.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, focusing on both Frontend and Backend development.
  • Drive the technical strategy and execution of our Studio product's roadmap.
  • Ensure the reliability and speed of execution in all engineering deliverables.
  • Oversee client project deliveries, obsessing over customer satisfaction.
  • Spearhead the hiring process and team building for future expansion.
  • Define and nurture our engineering culture, establishing best practices from the ground up.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on engineering experience, coupled with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing engineering teams of 10 or more.
  • Proven expertise in leading full-stack development projects.
  • Strong track record of mentoring engineers and guiding their career growth.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
