About the Job :


We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our technical team and drive the development of our cutting-edge products.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Job Title :
Technical Head

Salary range :
Up to 1Cr per annum.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic Development :

  • Define, develop, and implement engineering strategies in collaboration with executive team members to achieve company goals.
  • Manage the engineering budget and allocate resources effectively.

Technical Leadership :

  • Lead DevOps and Cloud initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including :
  • Analysis and study of business requirements
  • Creation of technical and functional specifications
  • Data, interface, and process design
  • Module and interface development
  • Testing, integration, and implementation

Team Management :

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, including responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards.

Collaboration and Planning :

  • Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of product requirements and deliverables.

Technology and Innovation :

  • Stay current with technology trends and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance the engineering process and product development.
  • Developing and testing software applications.
  • Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise during development and postdeployment.
  • Producing detailed design documentation to guide development and support processes.
  • Developing comprehensive user documentation.

Project Support :

  • Independently support the entire project lifecycle, including deployment.
  • Analyze and resolve issues in Production, Development, and UAT environments.

Requirements :
Experience : 10-15 years of professional experience in software development.

Technical Skills :
Proficiency in coding is a MUST.
