The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion. Core tasks include managing paid advertising channels, analyzing campaign performance, monitoring ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining strategies for continuous improvement. The role will involve leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and ensuring alignment with business objectives to achieve measurable results.Qualifications- Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance measurement platforms. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and meeting performance metrics and Revenue/ROI goals. - Experience in SEO and content marketing to complement paid campaigns is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field preferred but not mandatory if backed by proven experience.
