The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in adigital marketing agency , managing multiple clients simultaneously, and driving results throughGoogle AdsandFacebook Ads . The role also involves leading a team of 10-15 performance marketers.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies acrossGoogle AdsandFacebook Adsfor multiple clients, focusing on lead generation, eCommerce growth, and ROI. Effectively manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, includingGoogle Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube , andFacebook Ads Manager . OverseeGoogle Merchant Accounts ,Feed Management Tools(e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed), and other advertising platforms. Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 performance marketers, ensuring effective collaboration and team productivity. Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering tailored strategies and measurable results for each. Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and share actionable insights with clients using tools likeGoogle Analytics ,Google Data Studio , andSupermetrics . Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing ecosystem.Eligibility Criteria: 5+ yearsof paid digital marketing experience in adigital marketing agencysetting. Proven ability to managemultiple client accountswhile meeting deadlines and delivering results. At least2 year of experience leading a team of 10-15 members . Expertise inGoogle Ads ,Facebook Ads , and related platforms, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management. Strong understanding ofGoogle Analytics ,Data Studio , and other performance-tracking tools. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a client-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.Preferred Skills (Plus Points): Experience withAmazon Seller Ads ,Bing Shopping , or similar platforms. Familiarity with feed management tools such asFeedonomicsorGoDataFeed . Experience with advanced reporting tools likeSupermetrics .
