We're Hiring: Business Analyst - Contract & Procurement | Lagos, Nigeria

Are you passionate about driving business process excellence and digital transformation in procurement? We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Center of Excellence, reporting to the Head of BPM, within the Digitalization department.

What You'll Do:

- Lead design, implementation & governance of procurement processes to boost efficiency, agility & customer satisfaction

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies & support digital innovation

- Act as a strategic advisor, managing business requirements & driving end-to-end solutions adoption

- Establish BPM governance, metrics, & ensure compliance across Contract & Procurement

- Drive data-driven decisions leveraging process mining, analytics & dashboards

- Lead change management & promote continuous improvement culture

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years' industrial experience with strong expertise in SAP processes & Signavio

- Skilled in business process automation, procurement, contracts, spend analysis & logistics

- Proactive, results-oriented & strong problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communicator & leader with proven cross-functional team management skills

Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/MCOM/BBA/CA or equivalent

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, SAP, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus
