Hiring: Senior Product Analyst – Workday (Payroll, Absence & Time)| HyderabadWe’re looking for aSenior Product Analyst (Workday)to join ourGlobal Capability Centre in Hyderabad— a growing hub of innovation supporting global HR, Data, and Technology operations.This role will focus onWorkday Payroll, Absence & Time (P, A & T)modules — leading the design, configuration, and enhancement of key HR technology solutions used across global teams. You’ll collaborate with People Technology and HR stakeholders worldwide to ensure seamless functionality, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Configure and optimizeWorkday Payroll, Absence & Timemodules. Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions. Provide second-line technical support for Workday-related queries. Drive initiatives forcontinuous improvement and system innovation . Support new rollouts, integrations, and cross-functional projects. Act as aWorkday subject matter expertfor process design, configuration, and training.Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience inWorkday configurationfor Payroll, Absence & Time. Certification in Workday P, A & T preferred. Understanding ofHR processes(joiner–mover–leaver cycle). Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience working inglobal HR or People Technology teams . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
