Known for its flexibility and innovation, ExpertusONE empowers organizations to optimize workforce performance and engagement.About the Role:We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst who can do more than just write SQL queries — someone who can support turning data into decisions and help shape the next wave of AI features in our learning platform.This is a hands-on role that blends data operations, product insight generation, and AI validation support. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and ready to power smarter learning experiences.- Location: Chennai (Work From Office) - Experience: 4–8 yearsWhat You’ll Do:- Own our data pipelines and analysis: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data across multiple systems. - Enable data-driven decisions: Build and maintain simple in-house dashboards (using tools like Looker Studio. - Support AI feature development: - Create, label, and curate test datasets for model training and validation. - Conduct accuracy and quality checks on model outputs and experiments. - Collaborate with AI engineers to evaluate data readiness and feature performance. - Partner with Product teams: Translate business questions into measurable metrics and provide actionable insights. - Ensure data hygiene: Proactively identify inconsistencies, improve data quality, and maintain source-of-truth documentation.What You’ll Need:- 4–8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst. - Strong SQL & data analysis skills — comfortable with joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization. - Experience with at least one dashboarding tool (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). - Solid understanding of data validation, sampling, and quality checks. - Curiosity and comfort working with AI/ML product teams (you don’t need to code models, but you should understand data’s role in them). - Good communication skills — you can explain data stories without jargon.Nice-to-Haves- Exposure to Python (Pandas, basic scripting). - Familiarity with feature store concepts, model evaluation metrics, or A/B testing. - Prior experience with AI data workflows (labelling, synthetic data creation, validation).Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a lean, high-impact team shaping the future of digital learning.
