We are hiring for a Project Manager - Civil Works
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Mandatory experience in the Construction Industry is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, including creating detailed project plans, schedules, and defining the project scope.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and timelines.
- Lead project teams, promoting a collaborative environment and effective communication.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.
- Identify and manage potential project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and project plans, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
