Stemming from a desire for intelligent, sustainable and superior living experience, ELFA is addressing the rising urbanization demand of India’s infrastructure and housing needs by building structures up to 6 floors at a supersonic speed (within 90 days) which are 2X stronger with almost zero wastages and disturbances to the surrounding and nature. It is also designed to ensure minimum energy consumption with net zero smart buildings by adopting collaborative design, manufacturing and assembly processes under the same roof. The only technology which can be fully built in factories integrating the material innovation, software and hardware embedment to give a smarter and more personalized living experience.As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. You'll lead a team, manage resources, and act as a liaison between stakeholders to achieve project goals.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Initiation:Develop project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and expectations.Team Leadership and Management:Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives.Budgeting and Cost Management:Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.Review and approve project expenditures, controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.Schedule and Timeline Management:Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify project risks, analyze their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.Implement measures to minimize risks and maintain project continuity.Quality Control and Compliance:Ensure construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.Conduct quality inspections to guarantee work meets specified requirements.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, architects, and other involved parties.Problem-Solving and Decision Making:Address project issues promptly, making informed decisions to keep the project on track.Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain project momentum.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.Generate progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience (usually 5-10 years) in construction project management, demonstrating successful project completions.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.Location:Bangalore Benefits:Opportunity to apply technical knowledge to creative projects.
