Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager for Green/ Brown Field Project who possess rich experience in pharma API project Design Review, Process Flow, Site Construction, equipment & design, Utility calculation, Mechanical & Electrical design and layout. The candidate would execute all aspects of projects, set deadlines and complete the Green Field Project within allocated budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and plan API and Intermediate project, set project goals and define project tasks.
  • Detailed engineering involving inputs for Plant Layout development, Design Basis finalization, MDS approvals, Equipment Drawing Approvals as per GMP and FDA guidelines.
  • Managing the project budget, tracking expenses and minimizing costs and adhering to project timelines.
  • Managing risks, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions when problems arise
  • Project Engineering, Procurement of capital goods, Construction Management, Project Planning, Monitoring & Control, Commissioning and Project closure of green field Projects.
  • Expertise and execution of utility calculation including Mechanical and Electrical design layout.
  • Experienced in all kinds of Engineering Codes & standards API.
  • Evaluation & Selection of contractors and vendors. Monitor and keep close watch on the progress of their works to ensure adherence to delivery standards
  • Responsible for Compliance for the requirements in quality, Environmental, Health and Safety components as QHSE policy, GMP and FDA Guidelines.
  • Preparation & Control of Revenue Budget & Capital Expenditure Budget and Inventory control.
