Hiring: Deputy Quality Manager – Aviation

Organisation: Asia Pacific Flight Training Academy Limited (APFTAL)

Location: Kalaburagi/ Hyderabad

Fleet: Diamond DA40 & DA42

Role Overview:
APFTAL is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Quality Manager to assist in maintaining and improving the Quality System in line with DGCA CAR M and FTO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Manager in planning and conducting internal audits

• Monitor compliance with DGCA regulations and company procedures

• Review documentation, manuals, and procedures for accuracy and compliance

• Assist in managing corrective/preventive actions and audit follow-ups

• Liaise with DGCA officials and departments during audits and inspections

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• DGCA-Approved AME Licence or equivalent technical qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation quality/compliance role

• Thorough knowledge of CAR M, CAR 145, CAR FTO and QA systems

• Prior FTO experience is preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills
