Digital Marketing Manager

 

We are looking for a highly creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence globally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, as well as external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel and working relationships with clients.
  • Meeting with clients (online & offline) to understand their requirements, communicating the same to the team, discussing strategies for key accounts, and overseeing the execution of the plan.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to new/existing clients while ensuring effective communication between the agency and the client.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize social media content and campaigns.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning and performance analysis. Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them and overseeing account success, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Prerequisites & CTC Range

  • Candidates from Pune or willing to shift to Pune will be preferred.
  • Full-time work mode from office.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience.
  • CTC Range - 4.00L to 5.00L per year.
