Key Responsibilities :- Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure APIs using Java for cloud-native applications.- Develop and manage Docker-containerized applications for cloud deployment.- Work with RESTful and SOAP-based web services, ensuring robust integration between systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices.- Contribute to automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability in cloud-based environments.- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed Skills & Qualifications :- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development.- Proven expertise in building APIs for cloud environments.- Experience with Docker containerization.- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); experience with AWS or Azure is also acceptable.- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.- Experience with cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is a plus.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Qualifications :- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.- Exposure to monitoring tools and log management (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
