Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our market presence in Maharashtra.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in the road construction industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the road construction equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Maharashtra market and established network within the region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
