With a strong reputation for trust, transparency, and personalized service, Reflex Realty offers a unique blend of experience and modern, tech-enabled execution.Join us if you're looking to be part of a fast-growing, high-impact team that's redefining the commercial real estate industry in India.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE 1) Developing relationships with top corporates who could be potential tenants for commercial properties. 2) Lead and execute transactions to ensure a smooth closure. 3) Understanding corporates/individuals leasing goals and proposing them appropriate opportunities. 4) Sourcing properties fitting client requirements from real estate developers, channel partners and landlords. 5) Meeting clients and assisting them in property visits. 6) Negotiating, closing deals and taking care of the post sales process for tenants.APPLY IF You have at least 1 year of experience in any sales, leasing or business development role. Sales/leasing role in the commercial real estate industry would be preferred. You prefer a 100% client facing role. You are energetic and driven. You have strong interpersonal skills.
