The company is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and processes to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of time-sensitive, high-value, and specialized cargo across India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Accounts Executive located in Chennai. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, addressing their logistics needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Key Accounts Executive will analyze client requirements, provide customized logistics solutions, oversee cargo movement processes, collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, and handle client escalations to ensure smooth operations. The role also focuses on maintaining strong communication with clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.Qualifications- Strong customer relationship management and client-servicing skills - Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, or transportation - Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneously - Detail-oriented with analytical skills to assess client requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
