Job Title: Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Type: On-Site

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team and help us expand our digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

PPC & Ads Campaigns:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns for LEAD GENERATION on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Ensure campaigns achieve optimal Cost Per Click (CPC) and a strong Return on Investment (ROI).


Local Listings Management:

  • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings of our various centers and other local platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate business information across all online platforms.


Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a digital marketing team to achieve company goals.
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and strategies.


Content, Analytics, Email Marketing, CRM, and Competitor Analysis:

  • Analyze data, report on marketing performance, and keep an eye on competitor strategies.
  • Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns and manage CRM tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and SEO.
  • Skills: Expertise in Facebook ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM management, team leadership, and strategic thinking.
