Roles & Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to multiple brands under the company's portfolio.
  • Align strategies with overall business goals and brand positioning for each brand.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and .
  • Manage campaigns for multiple brands, ensuring each aligns with its unique target audience and goals.

Create Landing Page Layouts/Framework for Designers

  • To create a successful marketing campaign, one needs a great landing page, DM expert need to plan the content and layout for each and every landing page
  • Website layout/framework for various website projects

Freelancer Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate freelancers for specialized tasks, including content creation, design, and performance marketing.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.

Content Marketing:

  • Oversee content strategy and development for various brands, ensuring engaging and brand-specific messaging.
  • Work with internal and external teams to produce blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and web content.

SEO and SEM:

  • Drive organic growth through SEO strategies tailored for each brand, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Manage paid campaigns (SEM) across multiple brands to achieve measurable results.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop social media strategies for each brand, leveraging unique brand voices to engage with their respective audiences.
  • Oversee social media calendars and ensure consistent posting and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance for all brands using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute personalized email marketing campaigns for various brands, including automation and segmentation.
  • Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through testing and refinement.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and external collaborators, fostering a productive work environment.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets across multiple brands, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.



Salary Budget - Up to 6LPA

Location - Delhi

Qualification - Graduate

Digital Marketing Agency Experience Preferred.
