We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, experience in digital marketing, and a passion for creating long-lasting client relationships.
Agency Background Must
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and addressing client needs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and solutions to clients to meet their digital marketing objectives.
Project & Campaign Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, content, PPC, social media) to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting client expectations.
Monitor and report campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Participate in client strategy sessions, helping to shape the digital marketing approach.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that will benefit the client’s business.
Drive strategic conversations around clients' business goals and marketing objectives.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance using key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance client campaigns.
Collaborate with the analytics team to deliver meaningful results and improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and allocation of resources.
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, forecasts, and budgets.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Mentor and support junior account managers or coordinators as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
