Job Summary: We are seeking aManager/Assistant Managerto overseeproposal coordination, client relationship management, and revenue growththrough renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless post-sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proposal Coordination Prepare and share detailed proposals based on client requirements. Ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate quicker decision-making and deal closure. 2. Client Relationship Management Act as theprimary point of contactfor post-sales interactions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensurehigh client satisfaction and retention . 3. Renewals, Upselling & Cross-Selling Track and ensuretimely contract renewalsto maintain business continuity. Identify opportunities forupselling and cross-sellingadditional services. Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs. Requirements: Proven experience insales, account management, or client servicing . Strongcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Ability toanalyze client needsand provide strategic business solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office. Aproactive and detail-orientedapproach to problem-solving.
