WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS ?

Our purpose at Slurrp Farm has always been to change the way children eat. With a thriving Yes Moms and Dads community of 17K members, we want to simplify children's nutrition and empower parents and caregivers to bring clean, honest, diverse food to their child's plate.

As a Community and Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the heart of expanding this passionate community—building deeper engagement, forming strategic partnerships, and reaching like-minded partners who share our mission of making healthier food choices a reality for every child. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in community-building, partnerships, and collaboration, particularly in the nutrition and health space.

  • Grow a real community of parents of Slurrp Farm
  • Nurture this community to be our first point of contact for all new products launches, customer insight and feedback
  • Oversee conversations across our community platforms, ensuring a supportive, informative, and engaging experience.
  • Organize community events, workshops, expert talks, and contests to foster engagement and showcase brand values
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with aligned brands and organizations (e.g., preschools, parenting groups) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Work closely with brand advocates and parenting voices to create authentic and meaningful content that promote healthy food choices
  • Track community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyze member feedback and provide insights to the marketing and product teams to shape community-related initiatives and product offerings

SKILL REQUIRED

  • Proven work experience as a community manager. Eg: Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and community management tools; experience with WhatsApp communities is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Strong networking skills, with a natural knack in cultivating partnerships and collaborating with influencers or organizations
