This position is pivotal in promoting the university's programs, engaging with prospective students, and ensuring a seamless admissions process.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and enroll students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, aligning with the university's objectives.- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the admissions and outreach team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and activities.- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and other stakeholders to enhance the university's presence and reputation.- Event Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to engage with potential students and their families.- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze admissions data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make informed decisions.- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on admissions progress, challenges, and opportunities.Qualifications and Experience:- Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in admissions, marketing, or outreach roles within the education sector, preferably with a focus on higher education.- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
