Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Admissions Director - South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our admissions efforts in the South Region and driving growth through strategic partnerships with coaching centers and schools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Improve connections with coaching heads, tuition center heads, school counselors, principals, and teachers to drive student inflow.
- Lead relationship development initiatives across South India for the Coaching Connect Program.
- Deliver presentations and interactive sessions across different schools in the country.
- Build a strong coaching network to increase reach and conversions.
- Organize and participate in events like principal meets, open houses, and career fairs.
Requirements
- Strong relationship development skills.
- A strong network in coaching centers across South India.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Persistent and diligent with a willingness to travel.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 12-17 years of experience in the education industry or university setup.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
