Job OpportunitiesSalary: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 per month depending upon the experienceWork Mode: Fully RemoteOpportunity: Work with an Australian offshore companyShift Timing: Morning shift, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM ISTAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights, for one of our offshore client. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Key Skills and Qualities:B.Tech/B.E (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Note: To save your time and ensure the best fit, please apply only if you meet the essential requirements listed aboveTechnical Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+256GB storage space - minimum16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
