About the Role Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive strategic decisions. Build, maintain, and optimize databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Design dashboards and generate reports for business stakeholders. Apply statistical methods and visualization tools to communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner. Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved data collection methods. Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and reporting. Provide guidance and support to teams on data tools and analytics practices. Skills & Qualification Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Knowledge of statistical methods and database management systems. Critical thinking and problem-solving to derive actionable insights. Strong communication skills to explain data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
