We are a fast-growing platform with the pioneer of Indian sport, Ajinkya Rahane, as a brand ambassador.About the Role:This role is primarily focused on commercial partnership sales sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing, and managing brand collaborations that add substantial revenue and expand Hudles footprint. A solid understanding of marketing principles supports building compelling partnership activations and campaigns, but selling and business development drive this roles core function.Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Sales Leadership: Own the end-to-end sales process of corporate partnerships and alliances prospecting, pitching, negotiating, deal closing, and contract management.- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver measurable revenue impact from alliances aligned with Hudles growth and monetisation goals.- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, regular reporting, and consistent follow-ups to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and support co-marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and activations that enhance partner engagement and joint value.- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term, senior-level relationships with brand partners, agencies, and stakeholders, driving mutual commercial success.- Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with a focus on maximising partnership value while protecting Hudles interests.- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership innovations to position Hudle as a preferred partner in sports 4+ years of experience in partnership sales, business development, or account management with emphasis on sales and revenue generation in related sectors (sports, tech, lifestyle, or media).- Demonstrated success in deal negotiation, closing, and managing premium brand partnerships.- Strong business acumen with an ability to blend sales focus and marketing understanding to create compelling partnership propositions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is a plus, resonating with Hudles brand Join a high-growth startup revolutionising active sports engagement in India.- Work alongside industry leaders and high-profile brand ambassadors.- Access to exclusive sports and lifestyle benefits.- Opportunity for professional growth with hands-on sales leadership experience.- Dynamic team culture with flexible workplace policies.For other open positions, apply: Links:- Hudle Mobile App- Hudle Instagram- Hudle LinkedIn (ref:iimjobs.com)
