Key Responsibilities:- User Support: - Respond to and resolve user issues via phone, email, chat, or in person. - Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients, etc.). - Hardware Support: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. - Replace or upgrade faulty components (RAM, hard drives, etc.). - Software & Application Support: - Install and update software applications. - Troubleshoot application errors and compatibility issues. - Network Support: - Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP configuration). - Report and escalate complex network issues to higher-level IT support. - System Maintenance: - Perform regular system checks, updates, and patch management. - Maintain asset inventory and ensure security compliance on all devices. - Documentation: - Log all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
