HR Manager – Manufacturing & Compliance📍 Location: Sector 69, IMT, Faridabad, India💼 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an HR Manager with strong experience in managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup. This role requires a mix of labour law expertise, compliance handling, and people management – from factory floor operators to senior management. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, smooth workforce management, and employee well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Haryana Factory Act, Labour Laws, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Overtime, Bonus, and Gratuity.Manage end-to-end HR operations for factory staff: attendance, payroll, shift scheduling, overtime tracking, leave management.Handle recruitment and onboarding – from shop-floor operators to managerial positions.Drive employee engagement, welfare, and grievance redressal to maintain a positive work environment.Liaise with government authorities and labour inspectors for statutory compliance and audits.Maintain records, registers, and filings as per statutory requirements.Coordinate training and skill-development programs for workers and staff.Support management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and HR policies.Ensure compliance with health & safety norms and support facility audits.Must-Have SkillsStrong knowledge of ESI, PF, Factory Law, and Labour Law specific to Haryana.Proven HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup.Hands-on with overtime/attendance systems and payroll management.Ability to handle both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.Excellent compliance documentation and government liaison skills.Good-to-Have SkillsExposure to HRMS software for attendance and payroll automation.Experience in ISO/OSH audits and compliance certifications.Understanding of employee welfare programs in industrial setups.Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.EligibilityEducation: MBA/PGDM in HR, or Master’s in Labour & Social Welfare/IR.Experience: 7–10 years in HR for manufacturing companies (preferably in Haryana).
