Senior Product Manager Generative AI | Salesforce / HealthcareLocation : Coimbatore [On-Site]Experience : 4 to 7+ yearsEmployment Type : Full-timeAbout The Role :We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record in building and launching impactful GenAI-powered products from scratch. You will drive end-to-end product ownershipfrom problem discovery and market research to roadmap definition, MVP execution, and go-to-market (GTM) success. If you live and breathe AI innovation, are obsessed with solving user problems, and have hands-on experience working in Salesforce ecosystems or the Healthcare domain, we want to talk to you.What You'll Do :- Lead the ideation, strategy, and delivery of Generative AI products, features, and tools.- Own the full product lifecycle from concept, architecture, and experimentation to execution and optimization.- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics aligned to business goals.- Partner with AI/ML engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to craft effective go-to market strategies.- Stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends, LLM technologies (OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini, etc.), and apply them creatively to solve real-world challenges.- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and ethical use of AI, especially for Healthcare/Salesforce-based use cases.What We're Looking For :- 4-7+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or Platform Products.- Proven experience shipping Generative AI products or solutions (e.g. GPT, Claude, custom LLMs).- Experience working in or building for the Salesforce ecosystem or Healthcare/HealthTech domain is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, etc.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills You bring a strong GTM sense : product-market fit, segmentation, positioning, and launch excellence.- Strategic thinker with startup mindset : agile, user-focused, iterative.- Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and To Have (Bonus Points) :- Experience integrating GenAI into Salesforce workflows, CRM automation, or patient management systems.- Background in B2B SaaS or platform product strategy.- Understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, GDPR in product design.- Prior experience in early-stage products or startups.- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.Why Join Us ?- Build the next generation of AI-native enterprise products.- Own and shape product vision with full autonomy.- Work with a high-caliber, cross-functional team of AI experts and product veterans.- Opportunity to lead, grow, and scale innovative Gen AI products globally.
