Senior Salesforce ArchitectLocation: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)Experience: 8–12 YearsAbout the Role We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead, design, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.You’ll be the technical authority driving architecture, integrations, and compliance — ensuring Salesforce aligns perfectly with our business goals and healthcare mission.If you’re passionate about Salesforce innovation, system design, and leadership , this is your opportunity to make an impactWhat You’ll Do Architecture & DesignBuild scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.Technical LeadershipLead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from strategy to deployment.Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality.Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity.Integration & CustomizationIntegrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware ( MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ).Build robust solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows .Automate processes and enhance system scalability.Collaboration & GovernancePartner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture.Serve as the Salesforce technical advisor across departments.Enforce governance, security, and development standards.What You BringEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field .Experience:8–12 years in Salesforce development and architecture .Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations .Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred.Technical Skills:Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Flows.Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns.REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, CI/CD pipelines, Git , and DevOps.Soft Skills:Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities.Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Why Join Us ✅ Be part of cutting-edge Salesforce implementations in the healthcare domain.✅ Lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.✅ Thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused culture.Work Environment Regular day shift.Onsite role in Coimbatore (occasional extended hours for project deadlines).Interested?
