Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization.The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, integrate multiple systems, and ensure alignment with business objectives and security/compliance requirements.This role involves leading complex projects, mentoring developers, and driving best practices for Salesforce development and administration.Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Architecture & Design : - Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.- Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns with other enterprise applications.- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001), and governance standards.Technical Leadership : - Lead Salesforce implementation projects from conception to deployment.- Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and solution engineers.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Integration & Customization : - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications (APIs, middleware, third-party apps).- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : - Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.- Serve as the primary technical advisor for Salesforce-related initiatives.- Collaborate with compliance, security, and audit teams to ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements.Continuous Improvement : - Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and third-party solutions for adoption.- Optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.- Drive standardization, governance, and best practices across Salesforce development.Qualifications and Skills : Education : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience : - 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for large organizations.- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations is preferred.Technical Skills : - Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development.- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns.- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party integrations.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps practices, and version control.Soft Skills : - Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Key Competencies : - Strategic thinking and technical decision-making.- Leadership and mentoring skills for guiding Salesforce teams.- Strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.- Adaptability to emerging Salesforce features and enterprise technology trends.- Problem-solving mindset for complex system integrations and architecture challenges.Work Environment : - Regular day shifts.- Office-based role with occasional extended hours for project deadlines.- Ability to commute/relocate to Coimbatore.
