POSITION:Junior AdvocateJOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a dedicated Junior Advocate with a strong command of legal principles and practical courtroom experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal activities, including but not limited to court appearances, legal arguments, drafting, and filing of legal documents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Appearing diligently in all courts, including {court types list}. Presenting compelling legal arguments effectively and persuasively. Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and experience in handling trial cases. Drafting various legal matters, including petitions, applications, replies, and other necessary documents, with precision and clarity. Efficiently managing the filing of legal documents in the appropriate courts and tribunals. Conducting thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and provide sound legal advice. Collaborating with senior advocates and other team members on complex legal issues. Maintaining accurate and organized case files and records.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university. Minimum offour (4) yearsof post-qualification experience in legal practice. Candidates withfour to five (4-5) yearsof experience are preferred. Freshers are kindly requestednot to applyfor this position & only people from chennai must apply.SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent advocacy and argumentation skills. Profound knowledge of civil and criminal procedure, evidence, and substantive laws. Exceptional legal drafting and research abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.OFFICE TIMINGS:Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PMFor candidates with 4-5 years of experience, the remuneration will be in the range ofINR 15,000 to INR 18,000per month, commensurate with experience and expertise.
