Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details hereRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate located in Pune. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting senior advocates with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court under supervision, and communicating with clients to gather necessary information. Day-to-day tasks include attending court hearings, preparing case files, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.Qualifications- Legal Research and Drafting skills - Ability to review legal documents accurately - Experience in court representation and client communication - Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and within a team - Bachelor's degree in Law or related field - Experience with property law is a plus·Support the superior effectively.·Independently handle matters assigned from time to time.·Drafting and review of commercial agreements/contracts and legal documents including standardization of commercial agreements/contracts.·Handle litigation, arbitration and learn intricacy and strategy.·Briefing and meeting lawyer and law firms.·Provide legal advice on time.·Develop team work.·To act as an In-house Advisor for all legal matters, advise & update the management / other departments of the Organization in all legal matters.·To handle the overall activities of legal department and to update the same to the Legal Head and Management.·To brief and provide complete details / required files to external Advocates / legal Consultants for them to represent the Organization for any court matters.· Preparation of Agreement for sale/ Unit Agreements, Deed of Declaration, Deed of Apartment, Possession Documents, POA, TDR agreements, NOC's, Leave and License agreement, Lease Deed etc.·Search on case laws and preparing studies.·To be able to work independently & have good communication skills.Follow up with various departments including but not limited to Sub registrars /JDR/IGR etc. for registration of various documents
