You will work closely with clients to solve complex business problems, drive digital transformation, and deliver high-impact strategic outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead client engagements and build long-term relationships - Structure and solve business problems (GTM, pricing, partner strategy, benchmarking, etc.) - Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders - Mentor junior team members for successful project delivery - Contribute to TMT practice development with innovative ideas and frameworks - Leverage AI-powered tools to extract insights and optimize operations - Build domain knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, telecom, and moreDesired Candidate Profile- 5–8 years of experience in business research or strategic consulting - Minimum 3–4 years in a reputed consulting firm - Strong secondary research, client-facing, and project management skills - Experience in TMT sector; exposure to cybersecurity or GenAI is a plus - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - "Can-do" attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetSend your CV to sakshi@beanhr.com with the subject line: Consultant – TMT Strategy Application
