Accountabilities :

- Accountable for MIS reports and data deliveries with required due diligence and process adherence.

- Collaborate with business users to prioritize requirements and manage change requests.

- Collaborate with the development team for designing solutions with understanding of system data flows.

- Mentor development team for optimized and timely deliveries.

- Track requirements status with the team members and user follow-ups as required.

- Present updates, performance metrics, and risks to Qualifications : : Minimum 10 Skills & Abilities Knowledge :

- MUST have at least 5 years of proven experience as

- Lead in design, development, and optimization of PL/SQL, data warehouse and reporting solutions.

- MUST have minimum 5 years hand-on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle database, and data warehouse environments.

- MUST have minimum 5 years experience to manage and mentor a team of 58 developers/analysts,

ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within a mid to large-scale organization.

- Good to have knowledge of BI tools (SSRS / Qliksense / Tableau / Power BI) and Agile methodology.

- Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, ensure performance tuning and minimal knowledge :

- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.

- Drive QA processes, maintain documentation, and enforce coding standards.

- Familiarity with addressing application and database vulnerabilities is desirable.

- Present project updates, performance metrics, and risks to Competencies knowledge :

- Technical Lead in SQL/PLSQL and Reporting solutions, Data Warehouse / Data Mart, Oracle database
