This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic advisor to the Director, supporting key decisions and business priorities.- Align departmental objectives with organizational strategy and monitor execution progress.- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.- Manage and prioritize the Directors schedule, meetings, and critical communications.- Prepare high-level business reports, presentations, and board documents.- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely completion.- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Represent the Director in internal and external meetings when required.- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business performance.- Act as the liaison between the Director, leadership team, and key stakeholders.- Support governance, compliance, and management reporting Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience: Minimum 13 years in a similar role, with experience in strategic planning and working with management level.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (ref:iimjobs.com)
