Title: Social Media ManagerDepartment: Social Media MarketingLocation: AhmedabadJOB SUMMARY:We are hiring a Social Media Manager to enhance presence of company and our upper- level management employee.The role involves creating engaging content, managing connections, tracking analytics, and showcasing company achievements.Ideal candidates will bring creativity and strategic thinking to elevate our professional image.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and optimize the all the Social Media profile to ensure it reflects the companys vision, values, and offerings, attracting the right audience.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage the right audience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to measure engagement, growth, and overall effectiveness.- Write clear, engaging, and professional content tailored specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Companys Websites, including posts, articles, company updates, and announcements.- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.- Ensure all written content given by agencys are aligns with Valmiki Leela Capital brand voice, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all the Social Media posts.- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align all the Social Media content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.- Conduct research on marketing strategies, agency collaborations, and communication best practices.- Manage the development of marketing brochures, presentations, and related brand collateral to support promotional Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably on LinkedIn.- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.- Proficiency in LinkedIn tools and analytics.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
