We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Managerial role in Sr. Manager People Engagement and Business Partner to join our highly agile team. You will be a strategic advisor responsible for leading People Engagement, Business Partnering team. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment, managing complex employee relations, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic and insightful employee engagement and business partnering with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for the team’s performance and growth.
- Oversee the People Helpdesk tool and ensure efficient employee queries resolution on set time frames.
- Provide strategic insights by generating and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct advanced employee pulse assessments through surveys, focus groups, and skip-level meetings.
- Create & review a world-class onboarding experience that reflects our organizational culture.
- Plan, execute & review an engagement calendar for the year, implementing programs that resonate with our values and culture.
- Ensure all functions of HR are seamless and consistent across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, positivity, and retention.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal resources for all People deliverables.
- Be the torchbearer for organizational culture and values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees on HR matters, including conflict resolution and employee grievances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and implement innovative solutions to People challenges.

- Strong influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- Extensive experience in engagement and employee relations at a senior level.
- Experience managing employees at all levels, with skills to drive, influence, and solve complex problems.
- Experience in strategizing and implementing projects related to Diversity, Branding, Succession Planning, CSR, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to working towards organizational goals.
- Excellence in MIS and analytics, with a strategic mindset.
- Professional studies or contributions in Human Resources outside the scope of the job are a plus.
Education Qualification - Graduate
Experience - Total Experience: 11 to 15 years
Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech
Work arrangement – 5 days working from office
Location – Mumbai
