Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This role involves engaging with clients to offer the most suitable properties, managing relationships, and facilitating smooth transactions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is a must.
  • Fluency in Marathi, English & Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social cues.
  • Effective negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to suggest solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Strong time management skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Confirm terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, tenants, and owners.
  • Conduct follow-up with clients for property visits.
  • Track and record each client's needs and successfully close deals.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, and deeds for each real estate transaction.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: 10,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
