The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by delivering staffing solutions to clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and other channels. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality and timely submissions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Account Management: Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing client base. Act as a point of contact for escalations and negotiations. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is submitted. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools.Key Requirements: Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing business development. Strong understanding of US staffing market, hiring trends, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building abilities. Tools & Tech: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other lead gen platforms.Shift Flexibility: Willing to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Existing client contacts and strong network in US IT staffing industry.
