We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who is passionate about mobile technologies, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to make a strong impact by building world-class applications.What Youll Do :- Lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.- Drive end-to-end app lifecycle from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.- Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.- Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.- Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.What Were Looking For :- 2 to 3years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.- Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).- Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.- Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.- Familiarity with Git / version control.- Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.Good to Have :- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.- Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.Why Join WEQ Technologies? :- Opportunity to work on innovative, challenging projects.- Growth-driven environment with continuous learning & development.- Collaborative, high-performance culture where your ideas matter.- Office conveniently located at Andheri (Marol), Mumbai.- Competitive compensation with opportunities for career growth.
