Location : Andheri (Marol), Mumbai Onsite. Immediate Joiner Preferred.About Us :At WEQ Technologies, we build innovative, scalable, and impact-driven digital solutions that help businesses grow. We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (2-4 years Experience) who is passionate about coding, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to be part of a high-performance team working on challenging projects.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using Python and related frameworks.- Work on scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and integrations.- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python and related technologies.Skills & Experience :- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.- Strong expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI.- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Database Design Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.- Good communication and team collaboration skills.Good to Have :- Experience with Machine Learning / AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Exposure to Celery, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.- Hands-on with unit testing & automation.Why Join Us ? - Work on challenging and innovative projects.- Growth-oriented environment with learning opportunities.- Collaborative and dynamic team culture.- Office conveniently located at Andheri (Marol), Mumbai.
