We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer who is passionate about mobile technology and eager to build high-quality, scalable applications. You will lead the development of cross-platform mobile apps, collaborate with diverse teams, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.

- Manage end-to-end app lifecycle including requirements, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.

- Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting technical excellence within the team.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and propose innovative Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 - 3 years of hands-on mobile app development experience with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.

- Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.

- Strong understanding of state management frameworks (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).

- Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.

- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Proficiency in Git/version control.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced Skills :

- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.

- Experience mentoring or leading small teams.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
