Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM

SIEM XPERT is a leading EdTech institute specializing in cybersecurity training. We provide hands-on, industry-relevant training to aspiring cybersecurity professionals and help organizations strengthen their security operations. Role Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the EdTech and cybersecurity industry while developing essential sales and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through online research, social media, and cold calling. Engage with potential students and professionals interested in cybersecurity courses. Assist in handling inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain and update CRM records with prospect details and interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation strategies. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes. Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, business development, and the cybersecurity industry. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to handle objections and build strong customer relationships.
