We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team and support our mission to connect trained freshers with top IT clients across India.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Intern, you will assist the Business Development (BD) team in generating and managing strategic relationships with IT clients, helping KodNest expand its clientele base and promote its training services in the Indian market. You will play a key role in supporting the team in areas like client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting KodNest's brand.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition Support:Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the domestic IT market.Support the BD team in lead generation, proposal creation, and client communication.Research prospective clients and understand their hiring needs for trained freshers.Relationship Management:Help build and maintain relationships with IT clients to understand their hiring requirements.Assist in managing accounts and ensuring continuous satisfaction with KodNest's services.Coordination and Communication:Support in gathering job descriptions (JDs) and requirements from clients.Collaborate with the internal team to meet client requirements within stipulated timeframes.Act as a point of contact for resolving client queries under the guidance of senior BD personnel.Event and Drive Support:Assist in organizing and coordinating mega hiring drives and events for freshers.Ensure effective communication and coordination between clients, the internal team, and students during events.Reporting and Documentation:Help generate reports on client requirements, hiring drives, and student placements on a monthly/quarterly basis.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and placements for review and analysis.Skills & QualificationsEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and persuasive attitude.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of the IT industry and willingness to learn about hiring trends and requirements.Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Availability: Ready to join immediately and commit to the internship duration.What You Will GainHands-on experience in business development and client relationship management.Exposure to the IT recruitment process and hiring trends in the industry.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects.Learning opportunities through mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
