With a focus on universal health coverage, we’re committed to making healthcare accessible for all employees and their families, supporting them in leading healthier lives.Visit Health — Empowering workplaces with accessible, affordable, and impactful healthcare.We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst at Noida & Gurgaon locationsThe successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.As part of your day-to-day work, you willProcess data and information according to guidelines.Help develop reports and analyses.Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and the ability to come up with standardized schema.Visualize data by using graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods.Must Have's2+ years of relevant experienceShould have various skills and qualifications that help them solve problems using large amounts of dataGood knowledge of databases such as MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and No SQL.Good Coding skills in languages such as PythonProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAnalytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniquesReporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau, PowerBI, or any other toolUnderstanding of data warehousing and ETL techniquesStrong written/verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendationsUnderstanding of addressing and metadata standards.
