TeamLease EdTech is India's leading learning solutions company, offering comprehensive services to universities and corporates. We partner exclusively with 40 of India's largest universities across 16 states, offering training for 3.5 lakh students in 9 Indian languages. We work with 500 corporates to provide upskilling and reskilling programs, and manage over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs.
Role Description
The Manager - Channel Sales will be responsible for identifying, managing, and creating new channel partners for TeamLease EdTech. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager - Channel Sales will work closely with sales, customer service, and sales management teams to develop and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners and enhance sales revenue through channel sales.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in EdTech or corporate training industry is a plus
