Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive product development for Secured Loan solutions within the Loan Origination System (LOS) domain.

- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in secured lending, experience in creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and a proven track record of launching innovative products in the lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the product roadmap for Secured Loan products within the LOS ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, underwriting, credit, operations, and technology, to deliver high-impact solutions.

- Gather and analyse requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs for secured loan product enhancements.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to identify trends and opportunities in secured lending.

- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs and compliance requirements.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimizations.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lending best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in Secured Loan products within LOS.

- Strong experience in developing BRDs and FRDs for secured lending solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of Mortgage Loans, Auto Loans, Loan against Property (LAP), and Home Loans.

- Experience in digital lending platforms, credit risk assessment, and customer journey optimization.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
