About the roleReporting to the Head – Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the Lead Talent Acquisitionrole will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition including process planning,developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. Thisalso includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand.Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai, India.Main Responsibilities- Ensure proper budgeting and planning of manpower. - Drive and motivate the recruitment team. - Ensure and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment. - Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies. - Work on cost effective methods of hiring effectively, especially bulk and across levels. - Self-sourcing and hiring especially at the mid to senior level. - Ensure a uniform onboarding experience. - Work on initiates to create a strong employer brand for Pepper Advantage India.Your skillsTechnical- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector. - Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience. - Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number managementBehavioral- Negotiation Skills - Ownership and Accountability - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates.Required Qualification & Experience- Graduate in any stream - Post-Graduate in HR an added advantagePepper Advantage’s values and cultureOur mission is to help people succeed.
